Let's put you in a good mood: Sarah's 20-minute power workout with resistance bands of three levels is guaranteed to bring good vibrations into your living room. Motivation instead of frustration – get going with Sarah and get your energy kick!

Your energy kick: Good Vibrations Power Workout

This workout consists of six exercises that you will perform for 45 seconds each. After each exercise you will get a short break of 15 seconds. The whole set will be repeated three times with a 30 second break in between. Have fun with Sarah's Good Vibrations Power Workout!


Tips for a mindful practice

A gentle start

Warm up your body before training. This goes without saying, but our everyday life sometimes makes us careless.

Breathing

Breathing  is crucial in yoga and training. Always remember to breathe mindfully. Also keep an eye on your breath while you exercise.

Listen to your body

Curiously play with the limits of your body without exceeding them. In yoga and training, only go as far as it feels good to you.

Smooth transitions

Create a smooth transition from tension to relaxation. You can also round off your training with a short meditation at the end
