You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your order or not. Within this cancellation period, you can easily return the unused, originally packed and undamaged items.
Extended revocation period Christmas 2020: We offer an extended return period for Christmas. All Christmas gifts ordered after November 16th can be returned until January 8th 2021.
COSTS FOR RETURNS
For returns from the UK and other countries except Germany, the postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please make sure your return package is sufficiently stamped, and please have the parcel delivery including the tracking number confirmed, as we are not liable for lost parcels. Returns within Germany are free of charge. If you ordered from a German address, you will find a free DHL return label and a return slip in your parcel.
In order for us to accept your return, please note our return policy: All items are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and the labels have not been removed. Clothing must be free of deodorant, cream, make-up or other residues. Cosmetic products, food and fragrances must be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal on these products is removed; in this case, a return is no longer possible for health and hygiene reasons.
Under certain circumstances, you may test your yoga mat at home - however, for hygienic reasons, we only accept returns if the mat shows no signs of use. Therefore, it is very important to wear clean socks when testing, refrain from wiping or cleaning the mat in any way and limit yourself to a few calm asanas where you don't sweat or put strain on the mat. We reserve the right to refuse returns of yoga mats with signs of use.
We kindly ask you to not return any ReMATs.
To process a return, we usually need about 4-6 working days after it has arrived at our shipping partner and has been checked there. You will be informed as soon as your return has been processed and your money refunded.
The refund will be processed in the same way as you paid for your order. Depending on the payment method, it may take another 2-3 working days until the money will appear on your account again. Refunds via PayPal will be processed immediately.

Every sixth package ordered online goes back to the retailer; this is an enormous burden on the environment, which we would like to avoid. You can support us in this!
Of course it is not easy to choose between many different yoga mats. On our website, we try to give you the best possible support with detailed product descriptions, care instructions and our help pages, where you will also find our detailed mat comparison. If you still have difficulties choosing a mat - just drop us a line or give us a call and tell us what you want from your mat. Of course you can also simply send us an e-mail to email@example.com or write to us directly via our contact form. We will try to answer you as soon as possible and help you to find the right mat for you.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something indicates a production or material defect, you can send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org - ideally with two or three photos of the defective item as a whole including the manufacturer's logo and the clearly visible defect or flaw in detail. Please attach your pictures as JPEGs to your mail and make sure that they do not exceed the total size of 25 MB. This is the only way we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that complaints are only possible in case of production-related defects or manufacturer's errors. With yoga mats, abrasions due to their usage are normal after some time, especially with natural rubber mats, as the roughened surface gets "grinded" in the literal sense of the word by grinding movements (for example of the heels) - a similar effect to that of sandpaper. The more non-slip and rough the surface, the greater the abrasion of the mat. Since abrasion is a defect caused by external mechanical action, the manufacturer's warranty does not apply here.
Please also note that the smell of the natural rubber is not a reason for complaint with yoga mats. In any case, the smell will decrease after some time, but it also depends on the subjective odour perception. Please decide within the cancellation period and as long as your mat is still unused whether you want to keep it or not.
