Organic spiced fruit tea with ginger and aronia berries

Preparation: Pour boiling water over 2 teaspoons (approx. 5g) per cup (400ml). Let it steep for at least 8 minutes.

Tea Sleepy Chai – Cinnamon Valerian

Preparation with water: Pour boiling water over 2 slightly heaped teaspoons (approx. 5 g) per cup (400 ml). Let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy pure or with a dash of (vegetable) milk.

Preparation with milk: Put 300 ml oat milk, 100 ml water + 3 heaped teaspoons of Sleepy Chai in a small pot. Bring everything to the boil and let the chai simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the spiced milk through a sieve into a mug and add the sweetener of your choice (e.g. honey or agave syrup).
