The cushion is the optimal support for your sitting practice. The buckwheat hull filling conforms to the contours of your body, making it easier to achieve the full intensity of an exercise. The zipper is positioned on the cover so that both sides can be used as a seat.
Adjusting the height and degree of hardness:
Remove the cover and open the zipper on the ticking to vary the filling quantity depending on the desired height and degree of hardness.
The filling can settle a little over time and therefore lose volume. In this case, the ticking can simply be refilled with buckwheat hulls.
