Yoga bolsters are commonly used in restorative yoga, pregnancy and Iyengar, but can be a valuable support in any style.

Some yogis like to place them under the knees or back during Savasana for extra comfort. Using a bolster can be a comfortable way to open the chest and focus on breathing.

The outer microfiber cover is made from eQua® microfiber fabric, a recyclable synthetic material designed for performance and durability.

Fair produced

Manduka always pays attention to fair and social working conditions and imposes strict requirements on all production facilities involved. The inner cushion is made in Italy, the outer covers are made in China and filled and assembled in Belgium.

Remove the outer microfiber cover from the inner pillow. Machine wash cold with like colors.

Hang cover to dry or tumble dry on low setting. Do not use dryer sheets or perfumed
cleaning agents.
