Application: Hold ;one end of the tongue cleaner in each hand and place the rounded part on the back of your tongue. Scrape the tongue from back to front with light pressure. Scrape the center and then each side a few times. Rinse with water after use.

It is best to use in the morning before breakfast to remove bacteria that have accumulated on your tongue overnight.
