In a special manufacturing process, the X Mat is provided with five layers to ensure a stable mat structure, to provide a high level of comfort and to give the mat a particularly good grip. The high stability makes the X Mat suitable for any workout - from yoga to freeletics to crossfit. Unlike PVC, TPE is 100% biodegradable and particularly eco-friendly.

- 5-layer system: The X Mat has a textured surface on top and bottom. The thick foam middle layer is surrounded by two stabilising textile layers.
- The X Mat has a particularly hygienic, closed-cell surface. For very sweaty workouts, we recommend using an additional mat towel.
- Since top and bottom sides are identical, the X Mat can be used on both sides.
- The X Mat is equipped with shock-absorbent cushioning.

Storage: we recommend rolling up your Manduka X Mat with the upper side facing outwards. This ensures both that the corners of the mat stay on the floor during your yoga exercises and that your thoughts stay with you.
Usage: the top surface of the X Mat is perfectly dry and dull from the beginning so you don't need to pay any special attention to a certain usage. We advise you let your X Mat dry in the fresh air after practicing and before rolling it up.
Cleaning: this works best when using the Mat wash cleaning agent, which has been specially designed by Manduka for this purpose. Alternatively, you can wipe your mat down with a moist cloth. Please do not put the mat in the shower, bath or even the washing machine to clean it because this could ruin the mat (and your washing machine).
Schöne Matte, aber man rutscht
Die Matte kam schnell an und war nicht in Plastik verpackt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Das Material war hochwertig, die Farbe sehr schön und die Matte hat eine gute Größe. Leider musste ich sie zurückschicken, weil ich schon nach wenigen Sekunden im herabschauenden Hund immer wieder angefangen habe zu rutschen, ohne bereits geschwitzt zu haben. Schade, denn mir hat die Matte und der ökologische Versand sehr gut gefallen.
