The Begin Mat is a comfortably padded, beginner-oriented yoga mat that builds confidence from the ground up. The reversible and lightweight design features an alignment strip to control poses.

The Begin Mat has a closed-cell surface that never absorbs moisture. Because of this, the mat feels slippery when you are warm/sweaty. We therefore always recommend combining them with a towel to absorb moisture and provide extra traction.

TPE is a good alternative to natural rubber as it is completely latex-free and lacks the characteristic ones has a rubber smell but offers a comfort and durability comparable to a rubber mat. The mat is completely free of latex, glue and other toxins and can therefore also be used by people with a latex sensitivity or allergy.
