Schöne Blöcke!

Sehr schöne Haptik! Hab dadurch weniger Schmerzen in den Handgelenken.

Sehr angenehm und super hilfreich

Ich habe kurze Arme und Beine und mir die Yogablöcke für 2 Übungen aus den 5 Tibetern bestellt. Was für ein Unterschied zu vorher! Mit den Blöcken unter den Händen bekomme ich die Fersen beim "herabschauenden Hund" plötzlich mit Leichtigkeit auf den Boden, keine Schmerzen im Kreuz, kein vorsichtiges Austarieren der Wirbelsäule mehr nötig - und zum ersten Mal kann ich verstehen, dass Viele speziell diese Haltung als so wohltuend empfinden. Auch der 4. Tibeter (ähnlich Brücke) geht nun fließend leicht. Ich könnte glatt doppelt so viele Wiederholungen machen. ;-)
Die Blöcke stehen stabil sowohl auf dem Teppich als auch auf der Yogamatte und fühlen sich sehr gut an. Ich bin begeistert.
