Relieve muscle tension: The Hot + Cold Therapy Pillow can be used hot or cold and will help relieve sore muscles or cramps.

To heat the pillow in the microwave, simply remove the cover and the pillow Place as flat as possible on the turntable. Heat in 30-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Fluff the pillow between intervals to distribute the heat evenly. First test the temperature carefully on the back of your hand or forearm. To use it as a cold compress, simply place the cushion in the fridge or freezer for a few hours.
