Add the desired amount (we recommend around 50 g), following the recommendation on the packaging, to your bath water at a temperature around 36°C to 37°C. A teaspoon can help you with the dosage. A pampering time of between 30 and 40 minutes in the bath is optimal. If necessary, you can top up with warm water. Please make sure to pin your hair up beforehand if necessary.
