Manduka's PRO series is designed to withstand the highest levels of stress, which is why PRO yoga mats are particularly popular with yoga teachers around the world. No matter how hard you use your yoga mat, it will last a lifetime and is also relatively easy to care for, as its closed-pore surface means that neither sweat nor bacteria can penetrate the mat.

With frequent use, the mat develops a very good slip resistance, and the cushioning provides optimal protection for knees and joints even on hard surfaces. The structure of the underside, specially developed by Manduka, prevents the mat from slipping on the floor - so you can concentrate fully on yourself and your exercises. Care and cleaning: After each use, spray on Manduka Mat Wash & Refresh and wipe with a clean cloth. For a more intensive cleaning, use Manduka's plant-based mat cleaner.

Storage: We recommend rolling up your yoga mat with the top facing out. This way, the corners of the mat stay on the floor during your yoga practice and your mind stays with you.
