Yoga mat eKO Lite 3.0 - Acai Midnight

All eKO® Series yoga mats have a closed-cell surface that never absorbs moisture. Therefore, if you're hot or sweaty, the mat will feel slippery. Therefore, we always recommend pairing it with a towel to absorb moisture and provide extra grip; or using the Manduka Yoga Grip Gel during your practice. If you practice hot yoga, we recommend a mat towel for full mat coverage.

Natural materials

The eKO yoga mats are made from natural rubber not harvested in the Amazon, a natural, renewable resource from the latex of the rubber tree Hevea Brasiliensis. Unlike other rubber mats, the foams used to make them are non-toxic and free of AZO dyes. No toxic chemicals are used in the manufacturing process to soften the rubber.

The yoga mats in the eKO series are among the most durable natural rubber mats on the market. When manufacturing the mats from the eKO series, Manduka ensures that they are produced in an energy-conscious and environmentally friendly manner with minimal waste production.

Fair produced

Manduka always pays attention to fair and social working conditions and imposes strict requirements on all production facilities involved. The eKO series is produced in Asia.

For daily refreshment:
Keep your eKO® mat smelling fresh and clean by refreshing it after every workout with Manduka's Mat Wash & Refresh. Wipe the mat dry with a clean cloth before rolling or using it.

For monthly refresher:
Maintain the performance of your eKO® mat by spraying it with Manduka's Mat Wash Restore once a month. Let the cleaner sit for 5 minutes, then gently wipe the mat dry with a clean cloth before rolling it up or using it.

DO NOT put the eKO® Series in the washing machine, as this will damage the mat and accelerate the deterioration of the rubber mat.
DO NOT soak or submerge the eKO® Series in water.
DO NOT use the salt method for the eKO® series.

Using the eKO® series in hot environments can dry out the rubber, reducing its performance and flexibility. When using in hot areas, ensure you regularly apply the Restore Spray to maintain performance.

Always make sure your mat and the floor are completely dry before placing the mat on the floor. A wet mat or floor can cause color transfer and stains on the floor.

Storage:
Do not expose the mat to direct sunlight. If it is wet, allow it to dry before rolling it up. For best performance, store the eKO® Series rolled up and in a bag or cover when not in use, as prolonged exposure to air and sunlight can damage the rubber of the mat.
