About the label

The yoga-mad clothing professionals from the Hamburg label Curare design yoga clothing that is highly suitable for everyday use: uncomplicated models with loving details, tested by yoga teachers, perfect even off the mat. The preferred material for the Curare collections is bamboo. It is particularly sustainable to grow, requires little water and neither fertilizers nor pesticides. It is also very productive: eight kilograms of bamboo become one kilogram of yarn. Incidentally, the type of bamboo used by Curare is not one of the types preferred by pandas. With this sustainable, versatile concept, Curare has long been the most popular brand for yoga clothing in Germany.

Natural materials

All models in Curare’s Flow Collection are made from wonderfully flowing bamboo pulp.

Resource and CO2 saving

Among other things, Curare processes viscose from bamboo, a rapidly renewable resource. The bamboo plant requires neither fertilizers nor pesticides and has low water requirements. Curare does not use AZO dyes to dye its collection.

Fair produced

Curare is a member of amfori, the leading global business association that promotes transparent and sustainable trade. The collection is manufactured in factories with good social standards in China.

Machine wash at 30° C, preferably on a gentle cycle. Wash with similar colours. Wash and iron inside out. Iron up to 150° C. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
