About the mat

With the Jade Harmony Professional, annoying slipping on your yoga mat is a thing of the past. The open-pored cell structure of the mat surface offers optimal grip in every asana. At 5 mm, the Harmony has very good cushioning and is perfect for practice at home or in the yoga studio. The Harmony is also particularly sustainable: it is made of natural rubber, which is 100% biodegradable.
