Instant organic grain coffee (gluten-free) with spices and reishi

Preparation: Simply pour hot water or milk into your Ayurveda coffee. To do this, pour about 1 teaspoon in the cup with 100 ml of hot water. Refine with cream, milk, plant-based milk... Tip: A little sweetness enhances the aroma of the spices. Enjoy!

kaffee glutenfrei ?????

roggen und gerste haben von natur aus gluten.
ihr schreibt der getreidekaffe ist glutenfrei !

Der Kaffee ist tatsächlich glutenfrei. Der Hersteller hat dies nochmals bestätigt. Dem enthaltenen Getreidekaffee wird bereits bei der Herstellung das Gluten entzogen. Zuerst werden die gerösteten und zerkleinerten Zutaten aufgebrüht, wodurch ein starker “Kaffeeextrakt” entsteht. Das Pulver, inklusive der für die Unverträglichkeit verantwortlichen Klebereiweiße, sind nicht wasserlöslich und bleiben im Filter zurück. Zu guter Letzt kommen noch die ayurvedischen Gewürze und Reishi dazu, beides glutenfrei von Natur.
