When LangerChen uses synthetic functional fibers, it is mainly recycled polyester and recycled nylon.

Place of manufacture

Die Kollektionen von LangerChen werden in einer eigenen, GOTS-zertifizierten Produktionsstätte etwa eine Stunde von Shanghai gefertigt. Das deutsche Office befindet sich in der Nähe von München.

Casual oversized style, the down chambers are welded and not sewn. This technology prevents water ingress at the seams. The padding of the puffer parka consists of 100% recycled polyester.

The outer fabric made of organic cotton and recycled nylon is weatherproof thanks to the laminated membrane. Look and increased function make the parka the perfect companion for cold and wet winter days.

About the label

LangerChen shows, that fashion ‚made in China‘ has nothing to do with mass production or poor working conditions. On the contrary: Miranda Chen and Philipp Langer founded the Jiecco textile factory together in 2009 with the aim of establishing environmentally friendly and fair textile production in China. LangerChen has been creating fair fashion and eco outdoor wear since 2013, which scores with a timeless look, sustainable materials and high functionality. Fair production conditions, the smallest possible ecological footprint and high-quality products play a major role for LangerChen right from the start.

Toller Mantel - werde ich häufig drauf angesprochen. Im Zweifel eine Nummer kleiner nehmen. Fällt recht groß aus.

Ich habe den Mantel im letzten Jahr gekauft und rauf und runter getragen. Hält wunderbar warm. Bin schon mehrmals auf dem Parkplatz oder im Supermarkt auf den Mantel angesprochen wurden. Sobald es wieder kalt wird, ist er wieder überall dabei :) Habe eine Nummer kleiner bestellt, da ich nicht so gerne Oversized trage. Passt so wunderbar.
