Even your lunch break is enough for this: the fifteen-minute workout can be easily integrated into your everyday life. In this 15-minute sequence, Sarah leads you through 19 exercises, each of which you perform for 45 seconds. The next exercise is always shown in a small clip on the edge of the screen to make it easier for you to switch. We hope you enjoy Sarah's Strong Core Workout!
Tips for mindful training
#1 A gentle introduction
Warm up your body before training. It should be obvious, but our everyday lives sometimes make us careless.
#2 Breathing
Breathing plays a key role in yoga and exercise. Always remember to breathe mindfully. Keep an eye on your breath while you exercise.
#3 Listen to your body
Play curiously with the limits of your body without exceeding them. In yoga and training, only go as far as feels good for you.
#4 Make transitions smooth
Create a gentle transition from tension to relaxation. You can also round off your training with a short meditation at the end.
