Nicole Bongartz and Natascha Kießler in an interview about Magnetic Sisterhood

Resolving blocking beliefs: Your path to independence and radical self-love

Being successful and feeling successful as well as recognizing your own worth - these things don't necessarily go hand in hand. Nicole and Natascha from Magnetic Sisterhood have set out to change this and bring women back to their full potential. In this interview, they reveal how they do this with their coaching and online programs.

Dear Nicole, dear Natascha, we were able to get to know your project "Magnetic Sisterhood" at the Yoga Conference in Cologne. In your class "Praise your worth - abundance in theory and practice" you asked "Who of you thinks that they are seriously worth being successful?" This question and the reactions in the room still resonate with us and made us think, because only a few participants confidently raised their hands. And that is exactly where your project "Magnetic Sisterhood" comes in. You want to encourage women to exploit their infinite potential and lead themselves to independence and radical self-love. What exactly does that mean?

Nicole: Yes, that moment was and is memorable. Moreover, at our Yoga Conference in Cologne we are dealing with women who are already largely successful and at first glance seem to recognize themselves and their worth. But the reaction makes it clear that there are programs running in the subconscious that prevent the step into self-love and the great success that comes with it. In our work, we assume that only in areas of life in which we are fully in our worth does the outside world reflect this value, i.e. that we live in abundance.

Natascha: We have both been training yoga teachers for many years and there, as well as in our studios, on trips and at retreats, we keep meeting great, inspiring women full of ideas and passion, with a lot of potential. For most of them, this fire burns out at some point and they don't make their dreams come true. We want to change that. We believe that the world needs these women and their ideas. Most of the time, these women fail because they don't dare to take their space, they think small and don't dare to leave the security of a permanent job or a relationship. For us, radical self-love means that women show themselves in their full authenticity, recognize their worth and start living their own dreams.

Was there a key moment in your life that freed you from subconscious blockages and showed you: Yes, I can push boundaries and be full of self-confidence and self-love?

Natascha: For me, that was definitely the moment when, after 27 years at the Bundesbank, I gave up my civil servant status and committed myself completely to self-employment. And I did so in the middle of the first lockdown in 2020. After finishing the year as my most economically successful, I knew that courage is always rewarded. It was a relief for me to no longer be tied to a 9-to-5 job.

Nicole: For me, there was no key experience in this sense. It was more of a gradual realization that I had built up a very renowned company, but had kept all monetary success away from me because of old limitations. For years, I worked hard according to the motto "money is not that important to me" without earning adequately. It was only through the transformative processes that I went through and which Natascha and I now offer to other women that I was able to recognize my worth.

Money is a difficult subject for many people and unfortunately is not discussed enough. Especially in the yoga business, many people don't dare to confidently stand up for their worth. You say that deep beliefs negatively shape women's relationship with money. Where do these come from and how do you want to solve them with your "Money Magics" program?

Natascha: We literally absorbed most of these beliefs with our mother's milk. They come from our original family and the social structure in which we grew up. We have them, regardless of whether we grew up in wealthy or more modest circumstances. These are sentences like "we don't talk about money", "money doesn't make you happy either" or terms and sayings like "taking money out of someone's pocket": We dissolve these beliefs with a combination of conscious and subconscious work, e.g. trances. Added to this is the power of a sisterhood of women who want to let go of their financial limitations, supportive yoga classes and much more.

Nicole: The interesting thing is that in addition to these old beliefs, new ones are circulating in the German yoga scene in particular, which say that spirituality and money are mutually exclusive. In this way, the whole scene is boycotting itself. So it's no wonder that many talented yoga teachers stop teaching at some point because they subconsciously notice that the energy they put into their work is not in balance with what they get out of it. If they were to change their view of money instead and recognize its value, nothing would stand in the way of their success as yoga teachers. Let's look at the USA: There are some yoga teachers there who can be described as "rich" in good conscience.

How can we imagine working with you through mentoring or coaching?

Natascha: There are many possibilities. Money Magics is an online program that women can join at any time. We also offer one-on-one programs; you can go on retreats with us or book programs in small groups. I personally love working with women one-on-one and also meeting the women in person on retreats. Yoga and energy work are almost always part of it; I have just completed training in energy clearing.

Nicole: I personally also love coaching and teaching online. The day after tomorrow I'm starting my new program: "Pathway to Paradise" - yoga, energy work and lots of ideas and theory tidbits about how our brain works and how we can influence our thinking and our subconscious in order to create our own paradise life.

As a duo, you two radiate a lot of positive energy, which can be very inspiring. How did you meet and find each other?

Natascha: I did my first yoga teacher training in Nicole's studio in Cologne in 2007. After that, I kept going to her classes and retreats and eventually we became friends in private. We now travel together often and really enjoy each other and are really magnetically attracted to each other! When Nicole was with me in my first coaching program "Into the Golden New", things came full circle.

Nicole: Yes, the lockdown period was magical for both of us. We both expanded our boundaries and spent a lot of time together in a very high energy. That bonded us together. I am very grateful for our relationship. Natascha is one of the most amazing women I know.

Thank you very much for your time and the nice interview.
