In just 15 minutes, you and Sarah will work your way through your entire body, strengthen your muscles and train your focus and balance. You'll also get a boost of energy into your body - and of course, you'll have fun too!

The fifteen-minute mix of power and rest is perfect for recharging your batteries. You don't need any equipment for this workout, but a soft surface like a yoga or fitness mat makes it more comfortable.

The workout consists of 16 exercises, each of which you will perform for 45 seconds. After each exercise there is a short break of 10 seconds, during which Sarah will introduce you to the next exercise. We hope you enjoy Sarah's Full Body Power Workout!



Tips for mindful training

#1 A gentle introduction
Warm up your body before training. It should be obvious, but our everyday lives sometimes make us careless.

#2 Breathing
Breathing plays a key role in yoga and exercise. Always remember to breathe mindfully. Keep an eye on your breath while you exercise.

#3 Listen to your body
Play curiously with the limits of your body without exceeding them. In yoga and training, only go as far as feels good for you.

#4 Make transitions smooth
Create a gentle transition from tension to relaxation. You can also round off your training with a short meditation at the end.
