Dein Home Yoga Retreat: EINFACH ICH

Your Home Yoga Retreat: SIMPLY ME

A cooperation with Johanna Kramer, Susanne Wenke, Nicole Bongartz, Yvonne Wagner and Andrea Huson

Our gift to you: Relaxing moments at home in which you can feel and strengthen the connection to yourself.

In 2022, we organized a free home yoga retreat for our community. Five wonderful hosts helped us create a self-care program on all four Sundays of Advent. Together, we practiced yoga, baked delicious Ayurvedic gingerbread, and put our thoughts on paper.

We would like to thank the community for the positive response and for participating in the livestreams and recordings of the program. And a big thank you also goes to our hosts, without whom this wonderful gift for you would not have been possible.

SIMPLY ME - Your relaxing time out

So you can find the entire program at a glance and repeat it anytime, we've compiled all the recordings of EINFACH ICH – Dein Home Yoga Retreat here. We wish you many more wonderful moments filled with relaxation, mindfulness, and joy as you participate.

Morning Pages – my ritual for a positive start to the day with Johanna Kramer

In this workshop, you'll learn how to start your day positively by writing in the morning and why morning pages are so powerful and life-changing. Together, we'll practice a beautiful writing exercise. You'll need a quiet, undisturbed atmosphere, as well as a pen and paper.
Johanna Kramer is a writer and certified journaling workshop leader.

Yoga Flow – Relax into winter with Susanne Wenke

Find inner and outer balance, release tension in your shoulders and neck, and let go of circling thoughts. With breathing exercises, gentle yoga asanas, and mindfulness, we'll reduce stress and find peace together. You'll need a yoga mat, warm socks, and a cozy sweater or jacket. A blanket and pillow are optional for that extra comfort factor. Susanne Wenke is a thoroughly positive person and wants to share her love of yoga and life.

A moment of pause and calm – practice and theory of the breathing space with Nicole Bongartz

In the yoga tradition, pauses in the breath are considered mini-powerhouses. They can release or control energy and activate our self-healing abilities. We combine pranayama with asana and focus on the moments after inhalation and exhalation. You will need comfortable clothing, a relatively empty stomach, and a yoga mat.
With her versatile and inspiring yoga classes, Nicole Bongartz is one of the best known personalities in the German yoga scene.

Ayurvedic Christmas baking with Yvonne Wagner

You can expect a wealth of knowledge about Ayurvedic cooking – presented in a friendly and entertaining way by Ayurveda expert Yvonne. Together, we'll prepare a wintery chai tea and vegan, Ayurvedic gingerbread with almonds. You can find an overview of all the ingredients in the description below the video.
Yvonne Wagner discovered the miracle of Ayurveda many years ago. Since then, many things have changed for the better for her.

Yin Yoga – I give myself to life with Andrea Huson

Finally, complete relaxation awaits you with an hour of Yin Yoga, where you can lean into your life. Make yourself comfortable at home, roll out your yoga mat, and practice 60 minutes of Yin Yoga under the wonderful title "I Give Myself to Life." Along with your yoga mat, you can lay out a blanket, two yoga blocks (or thick books), and a yoga bolster (or two large couch cushions).
Andrea Huson teaches yoga, is an everyday adventurer and soul diver – always following the call of her heart.
