Your energy boost: Good Vibrations Power Workout


The workout consists of six exercises, each performed for 45 seconds. After each exercise, you'll have a short 15-second break. The entire set is repeated three times, with 30 seconds of rest between each exercise. We hope you enjoy Sarah's Good Vibrations Power Workout!
