Simply roll away tension
In this video, you will be working your whole body with Sarah, rolling out the entire fascia – making it soft and loose so that pain and tension will disappear.
Fascia Training: Exercise Sequence with Tools
The video starts with Sarah briefly introducing you to fascia in a few sentences (german). This way you can understand the training and its background better and will be training with more fun and knowledge. You will do each exercise for 30 seconds. If any body part needs your attention longer, feel free to stop the video and do the exercise for as long as it feels right for you.
Tips for a mindful Training
A gentle introduction
Warm up your body before training. This goes without saying, but our everyday life sometimes makes us careless.
Breathing is crucial in yoga and training. Always remember to breathe mindfully. Also keep an eye on your breath while you exercise.
Listen to your body
Curiously play with the limits of your body without exceeding them. In yoga and training, only go as far as it feels good to you.
Create a smooth transition from tension to relaxation. You can also round off your training with a short meditation at the end.
